For all of you out there walking you communities, let's hear from you. Post you comments, observations, images here.
Received the following from Luke Christensen in Auckland New Zealand.
"I have been doing the same in Auckland, NZ. Am a carless planning student. Almost walked every street in the CBD eastern CBD fringe. Including all the back lanes, many of which are dreadful service lanes but also many that are bing cleverly reactivated. See http://aklobservations.tumblr.com and the picture on my twitter feed https://twitter.com/lukechristensen.
Have found the google My Tracks app is very useful on my phone so I can see where I have been, and where I have missed. Great to see there are more people doing this around the world."
Check out his blog for some great photos and comments. And a very handy tip about using Google's My Tracks app.
Thanks Luke!
